We rode across this bridge on our awesome climb, then rode through a tunnel that seemed much longer than it's 3/10 of a mile.  The climb began in Superior, AZ  and ended in Globe.  There wasn't much in between but rock, cacti and  sunny blue sky.  Three of us also spotted a huge, fat rattlesnake working it's way onto the road for some sun apparently.  I zipped by and assumed it was dead but on comparing notes with my cycling colleagues they assured me that it wasn't.  EEK!
