Our windy arrival in Del Rio partially distracted us from it's beautiful location on Lake Amistad.  We deviated from our usual breakfast routine by eating in the motel dining room with a bunch of fishermen.  I read yesterday that Lake Amistad is also one of the primo birding spots in West Texas.
