The vanload full of the Windblown pulled into a really lucky bike store in Kerrville, TX where in a few couple of frenetic hours, much money changed hands.  We usually need supplies and we got them here.  Just around the corner was the following....is this Texas or what?  We're doing all the usual rest day things, very happy to have both internet AND cell phone service in the same town no less.  Relatives and friends are visiting, the break is refreshing and our bodies appreciate the break from pedaling and sitting on a bike seat.  Kerrville is our official halfway point in the trip, hard to believe that we've some this far and that we won't be living this gypsy lifestyle forever.  Thanks to all you Followers of my blog, official and unofficial, and for all the supportive phone calls and e-mails.  Happy Trails to all.
