This extremely friendly donkey caught Jan and Marnie's attention and brayed when we left.  He may have been lamenting the end of his first apricot tasting, which we figured was healthier than M & Ms.  He shared a beautiful pasture with some genuine Texas Longhorns, who weren't as cooperative as this guy was in coming to the fence for a photo op.  Their horns are amazing!!  Photo above.
