Hi everyone, from Navasota, TX, somewhere NW (I think) of Houston.  We are here on a rest day which I really needed as I am in the grip of a nasty cold which is draining my riding energy.  I decided to do some self care and only ride the first 20 miles of yesterday's ride and it was a beauty.  This particular part of the trip reminded me of Maryland horse country, minus the incredible Live Oak trees.  Once again, the bluebonnets and other wildflowers were show stoppers.
