With the prediction of more of the same weather wise for the next days's ride, a small group of Mutineers proposed doing the first 20 minutes in the relative 'cool' and then calling it a day - no pressure about having to make every minute in the saddle count in an effort to beat the oppressive heat, taking the tie to take pics, yes, having FUN! By the time we stepped out into the sauna like pre-dawn the next morning, there were about 8 of us. I started off with one group, rode along at a leisurely pace mostly by myself, found the van at the proposed 20 mile stop and hopped in. We got into Logansport, IN in time to eat lunch, get a pedicure and most of us turned in really early. Some photos of the day follow.
